"I had State Farm a while ago, and to be honest they are not what they are now. A lot of companies are improving. What made me return to State Farm was Omar Salameh and his team. He was informative, helpful and understanding to get me the best deal and policy bundle to get me started on my way for owning a home and being covered along with my vehicles. Over all I’m glad I made the switch back to State Farm UPDATED REVIEW BELOW So I’m glad after 2 years of no claims, no tickets or car accidents, no changes in policy; never missed a payment, perfect driving record I can say, BELIEVE THE ONE STAR REVIEWS. Omar and his team are definitely not what the reviews say. My insurance went up almost $100 in a matter of 7 months. I called to ask why and they said oh well that’s just due to all the claims and insurance used in my area? So penalize your current in good standing customers? Absolute garbage: This office will tell you what you want to hear and that they value your business and take customer service seriously. This place is a joke. Beware of the false and fake kindness over the phone. When it comes down to it, insurance agents will be insurance agents. And I’m sure they’ll put on here sorry to hear about the bad experience, to please call the office to resolve the issue. It shouldn’t even have gotten to this. If you don’t use your insurance then you'll be an easy customer but beware when you have an issue you’ll receive no help. Good luck to anyone deciding to pick this office. Unfortunately I’m staying with State Farm, just not this office."
