"Every time I call, or any time I need Omar, he treats me like a VIP! I move my insurance to Allstate because of the rates, but the service I received was crap! Safe to say that I came back home to my family….. Omar!! You can’t find a better State Farm agent out here!!! Thanks Omar!"

"Horrible horrible service!! Called multiple times and asked for Spanish speaker and does not speak Spanish. Then asked to transfer to another office and they refuse and won’t transfer and called about payment increase said it was due to rate Increase and was a Lie, it was due to losing discount for car. Spoke to William who is racist and mocked my accent beyond rude and has no idea how to read a bill!"

"Came in today and got a very fair quote. The girl helped walked me through all the steps to switch over from all state. Very professional and im saving 50 bucks a month for the exact same coverage with half the deductible. I'm very happy that I stopped in. 5/5 and I will be coming in a few weeks to get my homeowners coverage through them."
